Greg is an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development professional with a broad background in the steel, water, health, infrastructure and utility industries. He has significant experience leading organisational learning and workforce development within these industries, which has involved working across multiple and complex organisations leading geographically diverse teams.
His engineering background ensures that appropriate structure and analysis is applied, though he also has the ability to work effectively with complexity and ambiguity.
